1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits and Payments

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00) unless otherwise specified. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

4.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made through GCash, PayMaya, and cryptocurrency are typically credited to your lod646 account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer to process depending on the sending institution's processing times. lod646 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees which are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.2 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your lod646 account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from any illegal or criminal activity. lod646 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
